Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking qualified Secondary Teachers to join a busy supply team across Thanet and surrounding areas.

Deliver engaging lessons, adapt to different schools and classroom environments, and help students achieve positive learning outcomes with flexible full-time, part-time or supply roles.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Confident delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is an advantage).
• Have excellent classroom management skills.
• Are flexible, reliable and passionate about education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism.
• Follow school lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Pay: £135 - £240 per day (depending on experience)
