Job summary

Teachers UK is seeking flexible, confident Secondary Supply Teachers to work across Mansfield and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, and adapt to different school environments to maintain high standards of learning.

Roles offer day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements with competitive daily rates, weekly PAYE, and access to CPD opportunities. A dedicated consultant will support you throughout your placements.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 across a range of subjects.
• Ability to deliver lessons following school plans where provided.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and positive approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4 and year groups.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school or manage general classroom cover.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classrooms environment.
• Maintain positive behaviour in line with school policies and keep pupils engaged.
• Provide feedback to school staff on pupil progress and behaviour as required.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and staff.

Secondary Supply Teacher Requirements

• Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)

The Successful Secondary Supply Teacher Will
