Education Supply Pool are a PAYE employer looking for Secondary Teacher on behalf of a few comprehensive schools in Brynmawr and the surrounding areas. We at ESP are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people. These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need a candidate who is willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

Successful Secondary School Teachers must:

· Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education,

· Have experience of teaching within the UK,

· Have the correct Education and Training

· Be able to set high standards,

· Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,

· Plan innovative and creative lessons,

· Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
