Job summary

Heritage High School & Springwell Community College in Chesterfield are seeking Secondary Teaching Assistants to join The Two Counties Trust via The Supply Register. We offer immediate starts, flexible long-term and supply roles; ideal for those passionate about supporting pupils in a secondary setting.

You will support KS3 and KS4, provide 1:1 and small-group intervention, help with lesson delivery and classroom routines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
• Excellent communication skills with strong behaviour management ability.
• Demonstrates patience, resilience and confidence in challenging environments.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Shows adaptability in a busy school setting and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across KS3 and KS4.
