Job summary

PK Education Limited is recruiting enthusiastic, adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools throughout West Yorkshire. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and long-term placements with weekly pay and flexible working options.

To be considered you should hold QTS or an equivalent qualification, have UK secondary teaching experience, and be able to manage classes effectively while delivering engaging lessons.

Qualifications

• QTS or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons and adapt to different school environments.
• Availability during normal school hours (8:30am–3:30pm) on chosen days.
• Willingness to travel to schools across West Yorkshire.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Willingness to complete DBS and safeguarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day supply lessons across various subjects.
• Cover short-term absences and planned assignments as needed.
• Carry out long-term placements and ongoing teaching opportunities.
• Provide effective, engaging lessons and classroom routines.
• Adapt teaching to different school settings and requirements.

Essential Requirements
