Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher - Colchester

Location: Colchester, Essex

Salary: £130 - £200 Per day. Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)

Job Duties:

1. Deliver engaging and informative lessons to secondary school students in various subjects.
2. Follow the national curriculum and school guidelines.
3. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
4. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Required Qualifications:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or International Teaching Qualification.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. PGCE or similar level of Teacher training.

Experience:

1. Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
