Academics is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable supply teachers to work across a variety of welcoming secondary schools in Tonbridge. Flexible start dates and competitive daily pay (£130–£200) depending on qualifications and assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Assess and support pupils' learning throughout the day.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff and leadership teams.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• A flexible, reliable and positive approach to teaching.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• The right to work in the UK.
