Overview

Are you a qualified Secondary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to experience different schools? Teaching Personnel are recruiting Supply Teachers to work across Plymouth. Whether you're an ECT keen to build classroom confidence, or an experienced teacher wanting a better work-life balance, this is a great opportunity.

You choose when and where you work using our easy online availability calendar. Roles range from day-to-day cover to short-term blocks and long-term positions. Supply is often the best route into securing a permanent role. You'll teach across KS3 & KS4, with work set and plans provided in most cases. Opportunities across a wide range of subjects - we'll match you to your strengths.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4 using provided work plans where available.
  • Work across multiple schools in Plymouth, with freedom to choose when and where to work via the online availability calendar.
  • Support student learning and behaviour management in a classroom setting as required.
Requirements
  • QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 pupils.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching.
