Job summary

Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential? Do you have experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Premium Educators is looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Slough.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more. You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver individualized learning plans, and provide one-on-one support to students who need it most.

The role offers flexibility, with options for either day-to-day general support roles or longer-term subject-specific roles that can range from half a term placement to a full academic year. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of settings based on your availability and preferences.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in supporting students with SEN, and who have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with teaching staff, and have a patient and empathetic approach to working with students with diverse needs.

The pay rate for this role ranges from £70 to £100 per day, depending on experience. All applicants are required to have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, including valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
