Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for secondary schools across Lambeth, South London. Immediate and ongoing opportunities with both full-time and part-time roles are available. Roles focus on supporting students with SEN, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.
• Experience in secondary school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with their learning and development.
• Work with pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Provide tailored support for students with SEN, EHC Plans and SEMH needs.
• Help promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Support teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents where appropriate.
• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.
