Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with ALN, SEN, SEMH and other learning needs.
• Ability to work with 1:1 and small groups in classroom settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork with teachers and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Support students aged 11–16 in and outside the classroom.
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group assistance for learners with ALN/SEN/SEMH needs.
• Assist with behaviour management and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Help implement inclusive teaching strategies under teacher guidance.
• Contribute to student engagement and confidence in learning.
