A leading educational agency is seeking a Secondary Teacher in Telford to deliver engaging curriculum-based lessons while ensuring a positive learning atmosphere. Ideal candidates should possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and effective classroom behaviour strategies. This role provides flexibility in scheduling and professional development opportunities. Safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are prioritized.

Salary: Paid to scale (dependent on experience)
Deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons, plans provided or personalised to your style
Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, and Key Stage 5 where required
Foster a positive learning atmosphere with clear and consistent behaviour expectations
Monitor student wellbeing and escalate any safeguarding concerns promptly
Complete essential admin tasks such as attendance registers and feedback notes to ensure a smooth transition for class teachers
Work closely with staff and leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning space
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS),including newly qualified teachers
A solid grasp of your subject and a sound knowledge of the secondary curriculum
Professional and effective classroom behaviour strategies
A proactive understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the confidence to act when needed
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Flexibility to quickly adapt to new school environments and uphold their expectations
