Requirements
You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent, to include English and Maths with current first aid certificate and food hygiene qualification or be willing to gain this.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a cohesive support team providing practical and clerical support service throughout the campus as well as ensuring all bookings are prepared and ready for customer use. Provide support within the main office and reception of the campus.
The Individual
You will have relevant experience in a busy office, including phones/reception, email and printing, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word along with experience of working with young people or customers. You will have good written and verbal communication skills the ability to maintain confidentiality, to work as part of a team and work with minimum supervision with a willingness to undertake training and willing to work weekends and evenings. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council .
