Realise Education is seeking experienced Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools in London and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of schools and environments.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage class behaviour, and follow school policies. Candidates should have a university degree, teaching/supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to different settings is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or supervising in a Secondary School.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to a range of year groups.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students are engaged in their learning.
