Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced School Administrator for a busy secondary school in Salford. The role requires hands-on MIS experience (SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor) and a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional service to staff, pupils, parents and visitors.

The position is full-time, on-site in Salford, with daily rate paid between 100 and 130, depending on experience, and an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• Experienced in working within a school or education environment.
• Confident using SIMS, Bromcom and Arbor.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Professional, approachable and able to represent the school positively.
• Familiar with confidentiality when handling pupil and staff information.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective day-to-day administrative support across the school.
• Maintain accurate pupil and school records.
• Use MIS (SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor) to update and retrieve information.
• Assist with attendance administration and pupil admissions, transfers and leavers.
