A recruitment agency for educators is seeking Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) to join their bespoke induction programme. The role includes support throughout the induction year and opportunities for both long-term and short-term positions. A passion for teaching and a commitment to inspire young learners are essential. With roles starting in September 2025, successful candidates will benefit from a guaranteed work scheme and a straightforward application process.

Therefore, we specialise in providing long-term roles to Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs), and supporting NQTs through the induction process. For example, we will allocate a dedicated NQT mentor that will be on hand throughout the academic year, and we will help log/track your sessions. In summary, as an NQT you can benefit from our bespoke NQT support programme. We can also provide short-term supply if you’re looking for flexibility after a stressful year on the PGCE.
