Learning Support Assistant
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 24 per week, term-time only (8.30am–1.30pm, Mon–Fri)
Salary: (£23,656–£24,027 FTE, pro rata)
Contract: Permanent

A supportive and inclusive secondary school is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their experienced SEND team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with additional needs in the classroom

• Work with small groups to promote academic and personal growth

• Collaborate with the SENCO and SEND team to improve outcomes

• Assist with interventions, enrichment activities, and pastoral care

• Use allocated time for planning, admin and training
