History Teacher – Braintree Area – Full-Time

Prospero Teaching is looking for a History teacher to start as soon as possible near the Braintree area. This role will be on a long-term basis.

About the school and contract:

• We are seeking a History Teacher to begin ASAP in a secondary school.
• You will focus on teaching KS3 and KS4 students.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• This is a full-time position (5 days a week) involving planning and marking.

About the successful History Teacher:

• Hold QTS or QTLS.
• Possess a relevant History-related degree.
• Experience teaching in the UK is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, innovative, and capable of engaging students in various ways.
