Salary: £100 - £115 per day

A high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Leeds are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Tutor to join their support team on a long-term basis from September 2025.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates aiming to gain valuable classroom experience before progressing into a teaching career through routes such as PGCE or School Direct.

Secondary Graduate Tutor – Responsibilities

• Provide subject-specific support across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions to raise attainment.
• Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Work with students of all abilities, including those with SEN and EAL needs.
• Take part in extra-curricular activities, clubs, and wider school initiatives.

Secondary Graduate Tutor – Candidate Requirements

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university (subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or Languages are especially desirable).
