Aspire People is seeking qualified Secondary General Cover Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Ealing and surrounding areas. This role offers day-to-day engagements with flexible hours and competitive daily pay, allowing you to choose bookings that fit your schedule.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and adapt to different school environments while maintaining pupil progress.

Secondary General Cover Supply Teacher

Day-to-Day | Flexible Hours

Location: Ealing

Day Rate: £165-£180 per day, dependent on experience

We are looking for qualified and adaptable Secondary General Cover Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Ealing and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different classroom environments and wants the flexibility to choose the days and schools that work best for them.

You'll be delivering cover lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, stepping in at short notice or for planned absences, all while being backed by a dedicated consultant who will match you with bookings that suit your schedule.

About the Role:

As a Secondary General Cover Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons in line with the cover work or schemes of work provided by each school, ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the class teacher's absence. You will need to be confident managing behaviour in classrooms you may be seeing for the first time, building rapport with pupils quickly and adapting to each school's individual routines and expectations.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
