The Role
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential).
  • Track, monitor, and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Contribute to the wider school community.
What We're Looking For
