Qualifications

• Significant experience leading teaching and learning, curriculum development and quality of education in a secondary setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of curriculum, assessment, literacy, and using data to improve outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate education quality and implement strategies for sustained school improvement.
• Thorough safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
