️ Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
️ Adapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of learning needs
️ Monitor and assess student progress, offering clear feedback
️ Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
️ Build rapport with students, staff, and families
️ Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
️ Take part in professional development, training, and mentoring opportunities
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Some teaching experience in a secondary school (as an ECT or trainee)
Strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for teaching
Ability to engage and motivate pupils with creative lesson delivery
Good classroom management and a reflective approach
Organised, committed, and eager to learn
An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years (with no unexplained gaps)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
