Job summary

Regent High School in London is inviting two ambitious individuals to join as Cover Supervisors. Each post is term-time only, pro rata for 32.5 hours per week across 38 weeks a year, to supervise classes when the main teacher is absent and maintain high classroom standards.

You should have experience in a secondary school, excellent classroom management, and strong communication to motivate staff and students. Recent graduates are welcome to apply as a stepping stone to a future teaching career.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a secondary school environment.
• Ability to demonstrate high standard of classroom management.
• Strong communication skills with staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across various subjects when the main class teacher is absent.
