Job summary

The Park Academies Trust is looking for Teaching Assistants to join its Complex Needs Provision at The Deanery CE Academy in Swindon. The role supports teachers and pupils, with confidential work across the curriculum in a dynamic, supportive Trust environment.

Salary ranges from £24,522 to £25,600 FTE (pro rata £18,440–£19,250). Hours are 32.5 per week, term time only. Start ASAP; closing date September 2026, rolling applications.

Qualifications

• Support the teacher and pupils across the curriculum in a complex needs setting.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and safeguarding in line with school policy.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to support individual and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lesson delivery and pupil supervision across the curriculum.
• Support individuals and groups as directed by the teacher.
