Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join their team from September. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a welcoming school community which strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all learners.

About the role:

  • Start-date: 3rd September
  • Ongoing/long-term with opportunity for permanent contract with the school

As an Art Teacher you will develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, teaching various art forms such as drawing and painting. Most importantly, you will encourage creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression, while assessing and providing constructive feedback on student progress. The role includes managing classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment and staying up to date with new teaching methods and art trends.
