The Company:

The Role:

  • Provide remote and on-site second-line IT support to internal users across multiple locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly
  • Maintain and monitor core IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and cloud services
  • Install and configure new hardware and software with minimal disruption to operations
  • Contribute to cybersecurity efforts by supporting patch management and promoting best practices
  • Assist senior engineers on larger-scale projects and more complex technical problems
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and timely resolution of support tickets

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in an IT support, service desk, or helpdesk role (1st or 2nd line)
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and common business applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft , Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud technologies
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong advantage
