Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both remote and onsite IT support to a variety of clients
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently
  • Take responsibility for maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure covering servers, networking equipment, and cloud platforms
  • Install and configure new hardware and software, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption
  • Play an active part in implementing cybersecurity best practices, including system updates and user awareness
  • Support senior engineers on more complex technical challenges and project work
  • Provide outstanding customer service, keeping users informed and ensuring all issues are resolved promptly

The Ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and popular business applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft , Active Directory, basic networking, and cloud solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, can-do approach
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and adapting in a fast-paced setting
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • IT certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco) are a definite advantage
