In This Role, You Will:
Assist in leading Art across KS3 and KS4 with a focus on curriculum enrichment
Support moderation, assessment, and display planning
Mentor early career teachers and contribute to cross-curricular projects
Maintain high standards of visual literacy, creativity, and critique
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Strong subject knowledge and QTS
Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or coordinating within a team
