As Second-in-Department, You Will:
Support planning, teaching, and assessment across KS3 and KS4
Lead specific Art specialisms or themes (e.g., GCSE coursework, digital art)
Assist in mentoring ECTs and facilitating team CPD
Take charge of exhibitions, gallery visits, and community projects
