Job Description

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will play a vital role in managing the store operations, especially in the absence of the Store Manager. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and providing excellent customer service. You will lead by example, support your team, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

What you'll do
  1. Set a positive example for the team and customers
  2. Manage the store independently during the Store Manager's absence

  4. Check deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
