Job Description

Salary: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will play a vital role in managing store operations and leading the team, especially in the absence of the Store Manager. Your responsibilities include managing cash processes, stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also take ownership of the store when required, supporting your team and upholding Lidl's standards.
