Job Description:

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, working closely with the Head Chef and reporting directly to them. If you enjoy creating iconic, flavorful dishes with a twist, and are organized and confident enough to lead a team, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include working with a menu that celebrates modern French cuisine, supporting the Head Chef in maintaining a safe and motivated kitchen environment, and ensuring the team has everything needed for successful shifts.
