SECOND IN CHARGE OF FRENCH

· Salary: Inner London Pay Scale, MPS/UPS (£38,766 to £60,092) + TLR 2B (£5,464)

· Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

· Start Date: September 2025

· Location: SE15 2EB, London Borough of Southwark

We are seeking a motivated and inspirational MFL (French Specialist) teacher to join our outstanding team in this popular and high-achieving curriculum area.

While relevant experience is required, applications from exceptionally strong ECTs will also be considered.

In 2024, the department's outcomes were:

  • French (53 entries): 49% 9-7, 88% 9-5
  • Italian (63 entries): 42% 9-7, 76% 9-5
  • Spanish (13 entries): 100% 9-7, 100% 9-5
  • French A Level (5 entries): 20% A*-A, 80% A*-B, 100% A*-C

We seek an excellent classroom practitioner passionate about their subject to deliver outstanding lessons to our exceptional students.
