A leading restaurant in Inverness, part of the Klondyke Group, seeks a passionate Second Chef to join their team. The role involves supporting the Head Chef, preparing fresh ingredients, and maintaining high food hygiene standards while enjoying competitive pay and a healthy work-life balance with no evening shifts.
Second Chef
We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Second Chef to join the team in our Restaurant in Howdens Garden Centre.
Competitive Salary based on experience.
The hours for this role are 45 hours over 5 days. All positions include weekendworking so flexibility is a must. However we have the added benefitof no evening work and no split shifts. Our Centre isclosed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day which means time with the family on these importantdays.
As a Second Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the operation of all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen. You will work as part of a small team under the guidance of the Head Chef and be responsible for the preparation of our fresh ingredients for our full menu range.
