Job summary

Main duties of the job

Person Specification

• You must hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification.
• Have a good understanding of nutrition and experience working with fresh, seasonal food.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Good understanding of HACCP.
