Job description

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Second Chef to join the team at *Location*.

Second Chef working hours:

As a Second Chef, you will work 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts, with an hourly rate of £14.91 – regardless of age!

Being a Second Chef:

You will work closely with the Head Chef, managing all aspects of the hotel kitchen and deputising on the Head Chef's days off and annual leave. The menu operates on a 7-day cycle, primarily for coach guests, with most dishes prepared in-house using fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities include delivering high standards of food quality, safety, and health regulations within the kitchen environment.
