The Hoxton, Southwark is seeking a charismatic bartender for Albie Restaurant to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests wind down and enjoy themselves. You’ll craft everything from soft drinks to seasonal cocktails, know your products and systems inside out, and collaborate with the team to keep service smooth for both table and bar.

This role suits a people person who loves hospitality, delivering memorable experiences, staying flexible, and contributing to a lively, supportive team

Formación

• Previous bar tending and particularly cocktail making experience.
• A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
