Job summary

ALO in Leeds is seeking a Seasonal Associate to help drive store sales and deliver an authentic guest experience on the shop floor and back of house. The role focuses on friendly service, helping customers find what they need, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

You will work up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The position requires constant movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a proactive mindset to keep the store inviting and

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Seasonal, part-time role with up to 20 hours per week; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner that aligns with store goals and ALO’s guiding principles
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO’s Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Provide a friendly greeting and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support engagement
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures
• Educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floor and keep staff informed of store goals
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in processing shipment, in a timely manner
• Support replenishment on the sales floor, in a timely manner
• Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed per Policy & Procedures
• Duties require constant movement in and around the store; perform other tasks as needed to keep store clean and safe
