Job summary

The Best Connection Group is hiring a Van Driver for their Maidstone DHL Express site. The role runs for the busy seasonal period with a full-time schedule, delivering to customers across Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will perform vehicle checks, manage deliveries, and provide excellent service during every interaction.

Applicants should hold a Category B licence and be prepared to complete a driving assessment. Training is provided, and regular weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• A valid Category B driving licence.
• Pass a van driving assessment (no minimum years of experience needed)
• A reliable and professional approach to work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to manage a physically active role and a busy delivery schedule
• Previous multi-drop, courier or delivery driving experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Driving vans to and from Maidstone
• Performing pre/post vehicle checks and reporting any problems
• Maintaining accurate records and proof of delivery or collection
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points
• Following all airport security procedures
