About the Role

Our lifeguards ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience in our Splash Waterworld! Your role involves maintaining safety in the pool and on the flumes, providing excellent customer service, and promoting poolside activities to create memorable experiences.

Description

This role offers contracts ranging from 24 to 35 hours per week, depending on whether you live on or off resort. Start dates are between 1st April and 1st July, running through to 8th September — ideal for students! You should be available for a mix of midweek and weekend shifts, including evenings.

About You

You are confident, friendly, and engaging with people of all ages. You must be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to ensure guest safety. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are essential, as you'll sometimes supervise areas independently.

If successful, you'll be invited to a swim test, which includes swimming 50m under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and climbing out of the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18. If you have a lifeguard qualification, great! We will also train you through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
