Job summary

Expd8 Limited is recruiting a field-based retail merchandising assistant to support high street retailers with product placement on shelf and in displays. You will ensure stock is well organised and authorised promotions are clearly visible, helping customers notice deals and pricing.

You will visit stores on a part-time schedule (weekly hours: 10) and report back with photos and updates through our client survey app.

Job description

You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

Weekly hours: 10

Shift pattern:

• Monday: 16:00 - 18:00
• Thursday: 16:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 16:00 - 18:00
• Saturday: 16:00 - 18:00

End date: 1st January 2027

How you'll deliver excellence:

• You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

Requirements:

• Able to commit to the hours listed above
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus
