Overview

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good?

If so, we're hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the IP8 3TS area.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.
• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Able to commit to the hours listed above.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling. You'll need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
