Overview

Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the CM9 4LE area. Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter, and have a knack for making shelves irresistible to shoppers? If so, we’re hiring to join a field-based retail merchandising team working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

You will be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You will restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.

Responsibilities

• Set up promotional displays and signage to clearly communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to client account teams via the survey application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.
• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.

Qualifications or Experience

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Ability to commit to the hours listed.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
