Seasonal Temporary Production Assistant - Twilight Shift

Location: Poole - Nuffield Industrial Estate

Compensation: £13.25 / hour

Various Departments - Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm / 3:30pm-11:30pm (department dependent)

The role of a Production Assistant is fundamental to our success. You will be an integral part of the production process, gaining knowledge, honing your skills, and becoming part of a supportive team. Each department has its own niche, atmosphere, and unique characteristics.

We prioritize individual achievement and support all new starters and seasonal returners to succeed and develop their skills. Our team of experts is committed to guiding you to ensure your experience is enjoyable, informative, and fun.

The Job Role:

As a Production Assistant, your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Pressing: Hand pressing powders and mixes to achieve excellent results.
• Pouring: Making soaps and massage bars, often by hand, with skill.
• Picking: Selecting customer orders and gifts; a vital part of production.
• Packing: Packaging products from individual items to pallets, across all departments.
• Shaping: Handcrafting designs with care and precision.
• Filling: Filling pots and bottles of various sizes with products like Snow Fairy, Dream Cream, and Mask of Magnam, by hand.
• Labelling: Applying labels to products, either by machine or hand, including batch codes.
• Wrapping & Ribboning: Finishing touches, including wrapping, tagging, and ribboning, often by hand, with some machine assistance.
