Must be 18 years of age and over

Various Departments - Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm / 3:30pm-11:30pm (department dependent)

A Production Assistant role is fundamental to success. You will be an integral part of the process, gaining knowledge, honing skills, becoming part of the team, and progressing continuously. Each department has its unique niche, a good atmosphere, and its own distinctive qualities.

The Job Role:

In all Production Assistant roles, you will be expected to perform the following tasks, which may vary slightly depending on your department:

  • Pressing: Hand pressing powders and mixes to achieve optimal results
  • Pouring: Hand pouring soaps, massage bars, and a variety of products
  • Picking: Selecting customer orders and gifts, a vital part of production
  • Packing: From gift boxes to finished bath bombs, handling all packing areas
  • Shaping: Hand crafting and shaping designs with care and precision
  • Filling: Filling pots and bottles of various sizes, e.g., Snow Fairy, Dream Cream, Mask of Magnam, by hand
  • Labeling: Applying labels by machine or hand, including batch code labels
  • Wrapping & Ribboning: Finishing touches with wrapping, tagging, and ribboning, all done individually by you (some may be machine-wrapped)
