Responsibilities:

  • Providing knowledgeable and seamless customer service for all customers entering the store.
  • Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in-store promotions, and evolving store processes.
  • Driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilising in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
  • Providing alternatives and upselling opportunities.
  • Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
  • Ensuring products are correctly priced.
  • Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.
  • Representing JD Sports professionally at all times.
  • Conducting work in a safe and responsible manner.
