We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers within our Fishing Republic Department. Responsibilities:

• Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in-store promotions, and evolving store processes.
• Driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Utilising in-store devices to offer the full product range to customers.
• Providing alternatives and upselling at every opportunity.
• Replenishing stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor.
• Ensuring products are correctly priced.
• Deputising for other staff, working within departments, or performing other duties as required.
• Representing Go Outdoors professionally at all times.
• Conducting work safely and responsibly.

Role objectives and KPIs:

• Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Actively driving sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
