JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague in Royal Tunbridge Wells to help deliver an outstanding festive shopping experience. You will assist customers, replenish stock, and maintain presentation standards while collaborating with colleagues across the store.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak trading dates is required. Prior retail experience is not essential, as full training will be provided and every interaction contributes to a welcoming store

• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, stock handling and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required, to contribute to the successful operation of the store during peak trading periods.

Role Overview

As a Seasonal Store Colleague, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver an outstanding experience during one of our busiest periods of the year.

You'll support the day-to-day running of the store by providing excellent customer service, replenishing stock, maintaining presentation standards and supporting your colleagues across the shop floor. Every interaction contributes to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.
