Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. JD Group offers significant career development opportunities for motivated individuals interested in progressing their careers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer service to all store visitors.
2. Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
3. Work with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed on current trends, in-store promotions, and evolving store processes.
4. Drive sales by ensuring targets are met and exceeded where possible.
5. Utilize in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
6. Offer alternatives and suggest add-on sales at every opportunity.
7. Replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the full-size range is available on the shop floor.
8. Ensure products are correctly priced.
9. Deputize for other staff, work across departments, or perform other duties as required.
10. Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
11. Work safely and responsibly.
